KNFB Reader mobile(again)

Hey everyone, it's me again. lol. Got another question for you. My KNFB reader mobile software has seemed to disappear. my shortcut key that contained the knfb reader mobile is now messaging(which I never changed), and I can't find the knfb reader mobile in the shortcut keys in standby. Does anyone know how this could've happened, and what can I do to change this back? Thanks, Nicole.

Nicole, I can't answer your question specifically, but I'd suggest that you join the KNFB reader mailing list if you haven't already. I've found the people there to be quite helpful.
